Ronsein occupies three advanced Italian made production lines. Two reel lines with annual production volume of 3 million square meters and 4 million square meters, devoted to negative and positive conventional plates, thermal plates and violet CTP plates. One sheet line to match up with the productions arrangement, with the annual productivity of 3 million square meters.

The equipment uses a combination of mechanical and electrochemical processing technologies for surface roughness within a tension autopilot system. Ronsein gains a good grains distribution and reverse distribution and hot-oil heat drying technologies.

A significant portion of Ronsein's economic resources is devoted to equipping our Research and Development department with technical resources and channeling our efforts towards creating technologically advanced products.

Ronsein exports worldwide, with more than 70% of our production of plates being sent abroad to different markets with different standards but the same stability.
